Pryce House does not request IRA passwords, online-banking credentials, beneficiary information, or personal payment-card information for IRA-owned metals. Complete taxpayer-identification and identity-verification information should generally be supplied directly to the custodian or other party responsible for collecting it.

Identity And Compliance Information

When required by law or reasonably necessary to verify identity, ownership, payment, authority, fraud risk, or regulatory compliance, we may request government-identification details, taxpayer-identification information, date of birth, business-ownership information, or information concerning a person on whose behalf a transaction is conducted.

Professional discretion does not prevent disclosure when reasonably necessary to evaluate, document, finance, insure, fulfill, ship, store, service, or complete a transaction; prevent fraud or loss; comply with law; respond to lawful process; protect rights or safety; or resolve a dispute.

Communications with Pryce House are business communications and are not protected by attorney-client, accountant-client, medical, fiduciary, or investment-adviser privilege.

Do not send Social Security numbers, identification images, bank information, or account passwords with the initial request.

We may take reasonable steps to authenticate the request before responding. If an authorized agent submits a request, we may require evidence of the agent's authority and may verify the request directly with the consumer.

17Response And Appeal Process

Where required by applicable law, we will respond to an authenticated request without undue delay and within the legally required period. If additional time is reasonably necessary, we will provide notice as required.
