Pryce House

Legal, Policies & Terms

Effective Date: August 12, 2026
Last Updated: August 24, 2026

Please read the section relevant to your interaction with Pryce House. These terms govern use of this website and establish general policies for Pryce House inquiries, purchases, sales, commissions, and professional interactions.

A specific written agreement, purchase authorization, trade confirmation, commission agreement, invoice, or order confirmation may contain additional or different terms. If a specific signed transaction document conflicts with this page, the specific transaction document controls for that transaction.

Using the website does not by itself require you to purchase or sell anything. A transaction becomes binding only as described in the applicable written agreement, order confirmation, or price-lock terms.

01Business Identity+

Pryce House is a trade name of Pryce Hall LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered to transact business in Texas. "Pryce House," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Pryce Hall LLC.

Pryce House buys, sells, sources, evaluates, and coordinates transactions involving jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, watches, coins, precious metals, custom pieces, estates, collections, and related property.

Pryce House is not a bank, trust company, IRA custodian, trustee, depository, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, tax adviser, accounting firm, law firm, independent gemological laboratory, or manufacturer-authorized service center unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service.

02Website Terms+

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You may not:

  • interfere with website operation or security;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, pricing tools, or data;
  • scrape, copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit website content or pricing tools without written permission;
  • submit false identity, ownership, payment, delivery, account, or transaction information;
  • impersonate another person or act without authority;
  • use the website to facilitate fraud, money laundering, theft, sanctions violations, market manipulation, or another unlawful activity;
  • upload malicious code or harmful material;
  • bypass transaction, quantity, verification, or security controls; or
  • use Pryce House names, images, listings, prices, or communications to misrepresent an affiliation or transaction.

We may restrict or terminate website access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, transactions, property, or legal rights.

03Inquiries, Quotes And Order Formation+

Contact forms, chat messages, emails, telephone conversations, displayed prices, estimates, proposed allocations, and preliminary invoices ordinarily begin a conversation. They do not create a binding purchase or sale unless the applicable written communication expressly states otherwise.

A customer order becomes binding only when:

  1. Pryce House provides a written order confirmation, purchase authorization, trade confirmation, commission agreement, or invoice identifying the material transaction terms;
  2. the customer affirmatively accepts according to the stated instructions;
  3. Pryce House accepts the transaction; and
  4. any required payment, verification, custodian authorization, or other condition has been satisfied.

Pryce House may decline a proposed transaction before acceptance. We may also request clarification, identification, ownership evidence, payment verification, delivery verification, or additional documentation when reasonably necessary.

A customer may not create a binding price lock unilaterally by leaving a message, submitting a form, or stating "lock it in" unless Pryce House completes the written confirmation and acceptance process applicable to that transaction.

Back to contents
04Prices And Market-Linked Transactions+

Prices for diamonds, gemstones, watches, coins, bullion, precious metals, and precious-metal jewelry may change with market conditions, product availability, exchange rates, condition, quantity, supplier pricing, and other transaction-specific factors.

Website prices, calculator results, spot-price displays, estimates, "We Buy" figures, "We Sell" figures, and proposed prices are indicative unless expressly identified as confirmed and binding.

For a market-linked transaction, the written confirmation will state when and how the price becomes final. Once a trade has been executed at the customer's authorization, later market movement does not change the executed price.

An accepted and executed market transaction may not be cancelled, reduced, repriced, or returned merely because the market subsequently changes, except where required by law or where Pryce House cannot fulfill the confirmed transaction.

Pryce House will not knowingly exceed a written spending limit, maximum premium, or other execution limit established in the applicable purchase authorization. If the transaction cannot be executed within the stated limits, additional approval may be required.

05Payment, Verification And Fraud Prevention+
Wire Fraud WarningVerify all wiring instructions by calling 817-854-3228. Do not rely solely on an email announcing changed instructions.

Available payment methods and deadlines are stated in the applicable invoice or transaction document. Payment must be received and cleared before shipment or production unless Pryce House agrees otherwise in writing.

Pryce House may delay acceptance, production, purchase, shipment, refund, or release of property while reasonably verifying:

  • identity;
  • authority to act;
  • ownership;
  • payment;
  • billing or delivery information;
  • bank or wire information;
  • custodian or depository instructions;
  • suspected fraud;
  • sanctions or legal restrictions; or
  • unusual transaction activity.

Pryce House may reject third-party payments, mismatched payer and recipient information, unexplained address changes, freight-forwarding destinations, transaction splitting, or another arrangement presenting unacceptable risk.

Customers must verify wire instructions through a known Pryce House telephone number before sending funds. Pryce House will not change wiring instructions solely through an unexpected email or text message.

Do not send complete payment-card numbers, banking passwords, IRA passwords, or online-account credentials to Pryce House by email, text, chat, or general website form.

06Product Descriptions And Availability+

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Color, scale, proportions, brightness, transparency, finish, and surface appearance may vary because of photography, lighting, display settings, natural materials, production processes, and reasonable measurement tolerances.

Weights and dimensions described as approximate may vary within reasonable trade or production tolerances. Specific guaranteed characteristics must appear in the written transaction document.

Availability may change before an order is confirmed. A product appearing on the website is not necessarily reserved, in stock, or immediately deliverable.

Pryce House will not substitute a materially different item without customer authorization unless the customer's written purchasing instructions expressly permit the substitution.

07Jewelry And Ready-Made Goods+

Ready-made jewelry is sold according to the description, condition disclosure, sizing information, price, and delivery terms in the applicable listing and order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for confirming size, measurements, fit, delivery information, and disclosed condition before purchase.

Natural gemstones, pearls, estate jewelry, handmade goods, and pre-owned pieces may contain natural variation, evidence of age, previous repair, surface wear, inclusions, color zoning, treatments, or other characteristics disclosed or reasonably consistent with the product category.

Sizing, engraving, alteration, personalization, stone setting, or other customer-directed work may make an otherwise returnable item final sale, subject to applicable law and the written order terms.

08TradeWear Bullion Cuffs+

TradeWear cuffs are wearable jewelry containing the stated fine-metal weight. They are not treated as ordinary investment bars merely because their prices are calculated from the precious-metals market.

Each TradeWear order must identify the metal, purity, fine-metal weight, finish, wrist size, quantity, applicable spot price, premium, tax, shipping, and total.

TradeWear cuffs are made to order. After written acceptance, cleared payment, and the beginning of production, the order may not be cancelled, reduced, repriced, or returned because of later market movement or a change of preference, except where required by law or where the completed item materially fails to conform to the confirmed order.

Fine gold and silver are comparatively soft. Scratches, surface marks, changes in shape, patina, and ordinary evidence of wear may develop through use. Fine silver may tarnish and require polishing. These characteristics are not necessarily manufacturing defects.

TradeWear Renewal

An original TradeWear cuff may be returned for replacement with a newly made cuff of the same verified metal, purity, and original fine-metal weight, subject to advance authorization and the applicable shipping and inspection instructions.

The renewal service:

  • is not a cash refund;
  • is not a market-price adjustment;
  • does not permit exchange into a different metal or weight without a separate transaction;
  • requires verification that the returned item is an original TradeWear cuff;
  • requires confirmation of its metal, purity, and weight;
  • may exclude material lost through wear, alteration, repair, damage, or removal; and
  • is subject to the charges and shipping responsibilities stated when authorization is issued.

Do not ship a cuff for renewal until Pryce House provides written return instructions.

09Custom Jewelry Commissions+

Every custom commission requires a written commission agreement.

The approved rendering and written specifications together form the design record. Written specifications control if they conflict with a visual rendering.

The design record may include:

  • stones and materials;
  • metal and purity;
  • ring size or fit;
  • approximate dimensions and weight;
  • finish;
  • setting style;
  • included revisions;
  • price and payment schedule;
  • estimated completion period; and
  • expressly agreed tolerances or exclusions.

Gemstones, precious metals, hand finishing, casting, setting, and manufacturing may produce reasonable variations in color, dimensions, weight, texture, proportions, and appearance. A digital rendering does not reproduce every physical characteristic of the finished piece.

Revisions beyond those included in the agreement and changes requested after approval may change the price and completion estimate.

Production begins only after written design approval and the required payment. After production begins, a custom commission is final sale except where required by law or where the finished piece materially fails to conform to the agreed design record.

If a completed piece materially fails to conform, Pryce House will determine an appropriate correction, which may include repair, adjustment, remanufacture, or another agreed resolution.

Customers are responsible for confirming size and fit. Later resizing, cleaning, maintenance, repair, and future service are not included unless expressly stated. Some designs cannot be resized.

Customer-supplied stones or materials must be inspected and accepted before use. Existing damage, treatments, inclusions, instability, or setting risks may limit the work Pryce House is willing to undertake. Responsibility for customer property must be stated in the commission agreement.

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

10Investment Bullion+

Investment-bullion transactions begin directly with Pryce House and are not completed through ordinary website checkout unless expressly stated.

Displayed spot prices and product prices are indicative. A customer must review and approve the written purchase authorization or trade confirmation before execution.

The authorization should identify:

  • product;
  • mint or refiner;
  • metal and purity;
  • unit weight;
  • quantity;
  • market or spot reference;
  • premium;
  • spending limit;
  • applicable shipping, storage, insurance, and tax;
  • execution limits;
  • treatment of unused funds; and
  • delivery or storage destination.

Once Pryce House executes an authorized trade, the price is final regardless of subsequent market movement. Executed trades may not be cancelled or repriced because the market changes.

Product availability and final acceptance remain subject to confirmation. Displayed purchase prices for customer-owned bullion remain subject to verification of product, authenticity, condition, weight, quantity, ownership, and marketability.

No appreciation, resale price, repurchase price, liquidity, tax result, or investment performance is guaranteed.

11Precious Metals IRAs+

Pryce House sells eligible precious-metal products and coordinates transaction information with the customer's selected IRA custodian, approved depository, and fulfillment providers.

Pryce House does not establish, administer, approve, custody, or provide tax reporting for an IRA.

For an IRA-owned metals transaction:

  • the IRA must be established and funded through the applicable custodian;
  • the custodian determines account and product requirements;
  • the exact product must be accepted by the custodian;
  • the transaction must receive the required customer and custodian authorization;
  • payment must come through the IRA's approved process rather than from the customer personally; and
  • metals must be delivered directly to the approved depository destination.

IRA-owned metals will not be shipped to the IRA owner personally.

Product examples and fineness information are general information, not final eligibility approval. Custodian policies, applicable law, product requirements, storage requirements, fees, and tax treatment may change.

Pryce House does not provide legal, tax, custodial, retirement-plan, or investment advice. Customers should consult their custodian and independent advisers.

Custodians, depositories, suppliers, and fulfillment providers are separate entities controlling their own services, approvals, fees, policies, and obligations.

12Diamonds, Gemstones, Watches And Coins+

Diamonds, gemstones, watches, coins, and estate goods are evaluated individually.

Relevant factors may include:

  • identity;
  • authenticity;
  • origin;
  • treatment;
  • grading;
  • condition;
  • damage;
  • repairs or alterations;
  • originality;
  • service components;
  • documentation;
  • provenance;
  • marketability; and
  • current market conditions.

A grading report, certificate, box, paper, archive extract, service record, or other document is one part of the evaluation and may require verification.

Natural and laboratory-grown diamonds are distinct products with separate markets.

Pre-owned watches may contain service, replacement, restored, refinished, or aftermarket components. Unless expressly documented, Pryce House does not guarantee future accuracy, water resistance, service life, or complete originality.

Coin values may depend on metal content, authenticity, grade, rarity, condition, demand, certification, and other factors.

Final descriptions and prices are those stated in the specific written transaction document.

13Property Sold To Pryce House+

Photographs, descriptions, calculator results, discussions, and preliminary estimates are not binding purchase offers.

A final offer may require physical inspection, testing, weighing, grading, identity verification, ownership verification, and review of relevant documents.

A person offering property represents that the person:

  • is at least 18 years old or has legally sufficient authorization;
  • owns the property or has authority to sell it;
  • has disclosed known liens, claims, restrictions, treatments, alterations, damage, or ownership disputes;
  • will provide accurate identification and transaction information when required; and
  • is not transferring stolen, counterfeit, unlawfully obtained, or restricted property.

Pryce House may accept or decline any item or transaction.

A completed purchase must be documented in writing and identify the accepted property, price, payment method, transfer of ownership, and delivery or possession terms.

Texas law or local requirements may require identification, records, reporting, retention, or holding periods when Pryce House purchases certain crafted precious-metal property. Pryce House will request only the information reasonably necessary for the transaction and applicable obligations.

14Shipping, Insurance And Delivery+

Shipping method, cost, insurance, processing, and estimated delivery are stated in the applicable order confirmation.

Orders may be shipped by Pryce House or fulfilled by an approved supplier, manufacturer, fulfillment provider, or logistics provider on behalf of Pryce House.

Shipping may include:

  • tracking;
  • declared-value or applicable transit insurance;
  • adult or other signature requirements;
  • delivery restrictions; and
  • split shipments when products have different availability or lead times.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes after payment may require written authorization and additional verification. Pryce House may decline shipment to freight forwarders, hotels, temporary addresses, reshipping services, PO boxes, or destinations presenting unacceptable risk.

The customer must inspect the package promptly. Visible damage, tampering, shortage, or suspected loss should be reported to Pryce House immediately and within any deadline required by the carrier or insurer. The customer must preserve packaging and reasonably cooperate with the claim process.

Risk of loss, insurance coverage, delivery requirements, and any transfer of responsibility are governed by the applicable order confirmation, shipping terms, and law.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Carrier, weather, customs, supplier, security, verification, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

15Returns, Cancellations And Refunds+

Return and cancellation rights depend on the product and transaction.

Ready-Made Goods

Any permitted return period and conditions for an ordinary ready-made item will be stated in the listing or order confirmation. Unless a return right is expressly offered, do not assume that a high-value, pre-owned, market-linked, sized, altered, or one-of-a-kind item may be returned for a change of mind.

Custom, Altered And Personalized Goods

Custom-made, sized, engraved, altered, personalized, or specially sourced goods are final sale after production, alteration, or committed sourcing begins, except where required by law or where the item materially fails to conform to the written order.

Executed Bullion And Market-Linked Trades

An executed bullion or market-linked transaction may not be cancelled, returned, or repriced because the market changes.

TradeWear

TradeWear orders are governed by the made-to-order and renewal terms above. The renewal service is not a refund or ordinary return.

Nonconforming Or Incorrect Goods

If an item materially differs from the written order or the wrong item is delivered, contact Pryce House promptly. Pryce House will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with the transaction agreement and applicable law.

Shipping Claims

Loss, shortage, or transit damage is governed by the shipping and claims process, not by an ordinary change-of-mind return policy.

Refunds

Any approved refund will be issued through an appropriate method after returned property, payment status, market exposure, carrier claims, and applicable charges have been resolved. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Nothing in this section eliminates rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Back to contents
16Evaluations, Appraisals And Professional Opinions+

A Pryce House trade assessment is an opinion prepared for possible purchase, sale, sourcing, or transaction discussion.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, a trade assessment is not:

  • an independent laboratory report;
  • an insurance appraisal;
  • a formal appraisal;
  • a tax, charitable-donation, estate-tax, probate, or litigation valuation;
  • a manufacturer certification;
  • a guarantee of authenticity, origin, treatment, grade, condition, or future value; or
  • legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

Market opinions may change with additional information, physical inspection, laboratory results, market conditions, or passage of time.

If a customer requires a formal appraisal, independent laboratory report, manufacturer service determination, or specialized legal or tax valuation, the customer should engage the appropriate independent professional.
