- Customer Approval
- Nothing is purchased until the customer approves the proposed allocation in writing.
- Market Execution
- Approval authorizes Pryce House to execute the purchase at the live market within the spending and premium limits stated in the order authorization.
- Final Trade
- Once executed, the trade is final and will not be cancelled or repriced because the market changes.
- Unused Funds
- Any uncommitted balance is returned or handled according to the customer's written instructions, less any previously disclosed third-party charges.
- Product Availability
- Availability may change before execution. Substitutions require customer authorization unless already permitted by the signed order instructions.
- Final Invoice
- The final invoice identifies each product, quantity, fine-metal weight, executed price, premium, shipping, applicable tax, funds received, and remaining balance.
- Delivery
- Orders are shipped using tracking, declared-value insurance, and the applicable signature service. Products may arrive separately when availability or lead times differ.
- Purchase Prices
- Displayed "We Buy" prices remain subject to verification of the product, authenticity, condition, and quantity.
- IRA Products
