How Purchasing Works
Start with the piece or design that interests you. Blake will confirm availability and discuss the details before you commit.
1. Confirm the piece or design
Ask about condition, specifications, available documentation and current availability. Made-to-order designs require confirmation of the stone, metal, dimensions and sizing. Design renderings illustrate a concept; final specifications are confirmed in the approved design.
2. Review the written quote
Review the identified property, price, payment method, applicable taxes, delivery arrangements and estimated timing. A website inquiry or calculator estimate does not reserve a piece or execute a transaction.
3. Approve and arrange payment
Follow the acceptance and payment instructions in your written transaction documents. For custom work, confirm required approvals and payment before production begins.
4. Arrange delivery or collection
Shipping method, cost, insurance and estimated delivery are stated in the applicable order confirmation. In-person viewings are by confirmed appointment.
Returns and cancellations
Any permitted return period and conditions are stated in the listing or order confirmation. Custom, altered, personalized or specially sourced goods are final sale once production, alteration or committed sourcing begins, subject to the exceptions in the full terms. Executed bullion and market-linked trades cannot be cancelled or repriced because the market changes.
This guide summarizes the purchasing process. The full terms and your written transaction documents provide the applicable details.
