Sourcing Request
For a piece you want us to find. Choose the category, describe what you are after in whatever detail you have, and say what your timing is. Much of what passes through the house never reaches the site.
A request only. It creates no order, offer, appraisal, price or reservation. We will tell you what is available, what it would take to locate, and what it would cost.

Sets out what you want us to buy: your budget, product preferences, mint or origin, allocation priority, how substitutions and any uncommitted balance should be handled, and how it should be delivered.
It opens a message in your own phone or mail application so you can read it before sending. It is not a signed authorization and does not lock a price or begin an order. Funding, banking details and signature are handled directly with the desk.

For metals purchased through a self-directed IRA. Tell us where your account stands, whether funds are available, the amount you intend to invest, and which metals and products interest you.
A request only. No purchase is coordinated until your custodian authorizes it. Never send your IRA account number, bank details or identity documents by text or email.

We will tell you what is feasible, what information is still needed, and what the next step would be. Nothing is committed at this stage.

For pricing a natural or laboratory-grown diamond of one carat or more, whether you are buying or selling. Share the shape, weight, colour, clarity, cut and report details, and anything you know about condition.
Attach the grading report and photographs to the message, or send them once we reply. Sending it begins a conversation only. It does not create an order, offer, appraisal, price lock, or consignment.
