MOUNTING: Fabricated in 14kt yellow gold. Cast nugget textured links, articulated, joined by pins. Secured by a tongue and box clasp fitted with two figure eight safety catches. Measures 8.25 inches in length by 11.48 mm in width. Gross weight 73.54 grams.

METAL CONTENT: At 14kt fineness the piece carries approximately 42.9 grams of pure gold, or approximately 1.38 troy ounces.

CONDITION: Examined under magnification and found to be in excellent condition. The link pins show no elongation, wear, or working, and present as new. Clasp engages positively and both safety catches function correctly. Nugget texture is crisp throughout with no evidence of polishing wear or refinishing.

REMARKS: Condition is the whole story on a bracelet of this construction. Articulated nugget links fail at the pins, and a worn example will show slack, drooping links, and an audible looseness across the wrist. This one shows none of that, which points to a piece that was owned and stored rather than worn hard. At 73.54 grams it has real presence and hand weight, and the two safety catches on the clasp are appropriate insurance on a bracelet carrying this much metal.
